Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

Note: if you gave express consent to immediate delivery of digital content or to immediate performance of a service and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply. See Section 3 of the Terms of Service for details.

Any refund due will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original purchase. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your contract, send an email to robot.traders@protonmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Your statement must be unequivocal but does not need to follow any specific format.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Subject line: “Withdrawal from contract”
  • Service/digital content: the name of the product or service you purchased
  • Order date: the date you placed the order
  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your email address

You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email without undue delay.

Model Withdrawal Form

In accordance with Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the following model withdrawal form is provided for your reference. You are not required to use this form; any unequivocal statement of withdrawal is sufficient.
